Search Sponsors Volunteer to be a Sponsor
Join  Our  Database  of  Volunteer  Candidate  Sponsors
Fill out this questionnaire to add yourself to our database of volunteer candidate sponsors, to help singles looking for a sponsor. To become a sponsor, you should be a Shliach or Shluchah affiliated with the Chabad-Lubavitch movement or a qualified Rabbi or wife of a qualified Rabbi.
 

To avoid spam postings, your data will first be reviewed by our staff. If validated, your data will be added to our online Sponsors Database, where singles in your area will be able to find you as a potential sponsor. Submitting this questionnaire does NOT give you access to the MEMBERS ONLY data (in particular, the information about members' sponsors) in our online Members Database. As a member of our Sponsors Database you have the right to such access to our Members Database, but only once you are actually sponsoring some Full member. Once that happens, you can just log into our Members Database using the last name and password of the member(s) that you are sponsoring. You will need to ask them for their password.
 
You do not have to fill in all the data fields below. You should only give information that you are comfortable having appear in the online Sponsors Database. That database will be viewable by any visitor to this Mit Mazel web site, whether a Mit Mazel member or not. If you'd like, you can leave some of the fields below blank and/or use business, rather than home, contact information. But note that the fields below whose labels are in bold are required and must be filled in. The other fields are optional. If any of the information that you provide changes at a later date, or if you have any questions regarding this form, please let us know by sending email to staff@mitmazel.com.
