Become a Volunteer Sponsor
Mit Mazel members should have a sponsor to help them in the process of finding their bashert. A sponsor should be a Chabad Shliach or Shluchah or any other qualified Rabbi or Rebbetzin. But not all Mit Mazel members know an appropriate sponsor. If you would like to volunteer to help singles looking for a sponsor, please fill out the questionnaire below. You will then be added to our online Sponsors Database, where Mit Mazel members in your area will be able to find you as a potential sponsor. You would of course need to get to know the member before actually becoming their sponsor.

Once you are actually sponsoring a member, if you wish and the member agrees, you may login to Mit Mazel using the last name and password of the member that you are sponsoring. You will need to ask them for their password.

You do not have to fill in all the data fields below. You should only give information that you are comfortable having appear in the online Sponsors Database. That database will be viewable by any visitor to this Mit Mazel web site, whether a Mit Mazel member or not. If you'd like, you can leave some of the fields below blank and/or use business, rather than home, contact information. But note that the fields below whose labels are in bold are required and must be filled in. The other fields are optional. If any of the information that you provide changes at a later date, or if you have any questions regarding this form, please let us know by sending email to staff@mitmazel.com.
