Search Matchmakers Become an Affiliated Matchmaker Become an Authorized Matchmaker

Fill out this questionnaire to add yourself to our Matchmakers Database of independent, affiliated matchmakers / shadchanim. To become a Mit Mazel affiliated matchmaker, you must be married and be either (i) an Orthodox Rabbi or Chabad Shliach, or (ii) the wife of an Orthodox Rabbi or Chabad Shliach, or (iii) be able to provide a reference from one of the above that you are actively involved in matchmaking. We may contact you by phone or email to validate this.
 
To avoid spam postings, your data will first be reviewed by our staff. If validated, your data will be added to our online Matchmakers Database, where singles looking for help in making a match will be able to find you. At that stage you become a Mit Mazel Associate matchmaker. Associate matchmakers have the same privileges as Visitors. In particular, you can search our Members Database but you will not be able to see the names or contact information of our members or their sponsors. If you wish to obtain such access, so that you will be able to make contact with our members or their sponsors, you need to become an Authorized Mit Mazel matchmaker. Please send email to staff@mitmazel.com for information on how to become an Authorized matchmaker.
 
You do not have to fill in all the data fields below. You should only give information that you are comfortable having appear in the online Matchmakers Database. That database will be viewable by any visitor to this Mit Mazel web site, whether a Mit Mazel member or not. If you'd like, you can leave some of the fields below blank and/or use business, rather than home, contact information. But note that the fields below whose labels are in bold are required and must be filled in. The other fields are optional. If any of the information that you provide changes at a later date, or if you have any questions regarding this form, please let us know by sending email to staff@mitmazel.com.
