PRIVACY LEVELS. There are three Privacy Levels for the data that you submit when filling out the Mit Mazel Membership Questionnaire or later through the My Profile edit form. These privacy levels are: (i) PUBLIC, (ii) FULL MEMBERS ONLY and (iii) STAFF ONLY. Note: All data fields on the above-mentioned submission forms correspond to PUBLIC data unless labelled as FULL MEMBERS ONLY or STAFF ONLY.

1) PUBLIC: Most of your data will be treated as PUBLIC, i.e. visible in the Members Database to anyone visiting this site. However, key contact information will not be PUBLIC, as explained below.

2) FULL MEMBERS ONLY: Some of your data (in particular the name and contact information of your sponsor) will be available in the Members Database to Mit Mazel FULL MEMBERS ONLY, including sponsors of Full members (and to Mit Mazel's Staff and certain affiliated Matchmakers), but not to the general public nor even to Associate members. Note that in general, only shluchim and shluchos affiliated with the Chabad-Lubavitch movement, or qualified Rabbonim and their wives, may be sponsors.

3) STAFF ONLY: Some of your data (in particular your detailed contact information, such as your full real name, street address, phone number, email address and your synagogue, if any) will be available to Mit Mazel STAFF ONLY, including certain authorized, affiliated matchmakers (but not to Mit Mazel Members, Full or Associate, or to the general public, or even to sponsors). We will not share your STAFF ONLY information with anyone other than Mit Mazel staff (including certain authorized affiliated matchmakers) and certain select business associates.

This Privacy Policy page is part of our more general Terms of Usage. Please make sure you have read and agree to the full Terms of Usage (including Privacy Policy) before accessing or using the Mit Mazel service. In particular, note that:

MIT MAZEL MAY MODIFY THE TERMS OF USAGE AGREEMENT AT ANY TIME, AND SUCH MODIFICATIONS SHALL BE EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY UPON POSTING OF THE MODIFIED AGREEMENT ON THE MIT MAZEL WEB SITE. YOU AGREE TO REVIEW THE AGREEMENT PERIODICALLY TO BE AWARE OF SUCH MODIFICATIONS AND YOUR CONTINUED ACCESS OR USE OF MIT MAZEL SHALL BE DEEMED YOUR CONCLUSIVE ACCEPTANCE OF THE MODIFIED AGREEMENT. IF YOU ARE ALREADY A MEMBER, AFFILIATED MATCHMAKER OR SPONSOR, AND DECIDE YOU NO LONGER WISH TO BE BOUND BY THE AGREEMENT, YOU SHOULD SEND EMAIL TO US AT staff@mitmazel.com ASKING US TO REMOVE YOUR DATA FROM THE CORRESPONDING ONLINE DATABASE.

Members may update their information at any time using our profile edit page, which is available after logging on to the Members Database.

Sponsors and matchmakers in our corresponding online databases may update their information at any time by sending email to staff@mitmazel.com.
